Kids Workshop ‘Journey Through Time’

Join us for an exciting journey back in time with your kids as we explore the ancient oceans and uncover the mysteries of fossils! This interactive workshop blends art, science, and storytelling for an engaging and educational experience tailored for children aged 6 to 12.

 

Through hands-on activities children will learn how real fossils are formed and create their own fossil imprints using air-dry clay. Inspired by the jellyfish sculptures in the exhibition, children will also craft glowing jellyfish lanterns. In the creative writing segment, each child will write and illustrate a postcard from the ancient ocean to the present day, describing what they see, feel, and imagine about the ancient sea and its creatures.
